Job summary

Northwood Office in Ballantyne seeks a proactive Digital Marketing + Events Coordinator to elevate tenant engagement through compelling content and strategic communications. This on-site role focuses on social media, event programming and customer experiences across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with the Director of Customer Engagement, create engaging digital content, manage social accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, and support vendor and partner

Qualifications

Minimum of one to two years of professional experience in marketing, communications or event management.
Experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, with ability to generate content quickly.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
Experience with Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus.
Experience with digital signage software and email campaigns (e.g., MailChimp) is a plus.
Portfolio available for review.

Responsibilities

Produce, manage and execute high-quality, engaging content to drive awareness of properties and customer engagement efforts across portfolio.
Plan and execute on-site events, including tenant programming and customized experiences.
Create, monitor and grow the company’s social media content.
Collaborate with internal team to develop marketing and communications initiatives.
Support tenant engagement and retention through programming and partner relationships.
