• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in upper elementary or middle school.
• Teacher Certification (preferred).
• Project-based learning, instructional design, creativity and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and develops student-facing learning experiences for grades 3–8 that emphasize creativity, problem-solving, and real-world application
• Creates project-based and experiential learning activities aligned to Future 2 instructional goals
• Collaborates with curriculum designers and educators to ensure experiences align with core content and instructional priorities
• Integrates innovative practices, including interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning approaches
• Evaluates effectiveness of student experiences using feedback and engagement data to improve design
• Supports teachers in implementing experiences through guidance, resources, and professional learning
