Auberge Resorts Collection's Wildflower Farms in New York's Hudson Valley seeks an Experiences Chef to lead seasonal, farm-driven culinary programming and guest-facing classes, blending haute hospitality with farm-to-table storytelling.

You will teach hands-on classes 5x/week, host activations 5x/week, coordinate with the Head Farmer and local purveyors, and manage ingredient ordering and budgeting to reflect what's in season.

Qualificações

• Sous Chef-level experience (or equivalent), with a background in high-end restaurants or luxury hospitality properties.
• Guest-facing teaching or instructional experience a plus.
• Farm or farm-to-table kitchen experience also considered.
• Existing relationships with (or demonstrated ability to develop) local purveyors a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate across Experiences, Culinary, and Farm teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on culinary classes 5x/week and host activations 5x/week.
• Develop seasonal classes and activate concepts with farm-sourced ingredients.
• Collaborate with Experiences, Culinary, and Farm teams to align programming with harvests.
• Identify local purveyors and manage ingredient ordering and budgeting.
