RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is seeking a Yard Driver in the Oconomowoc, WI area. The role involves moving 53 ft. trailers within the warehouse, docking, and yard operations with a strong emphasis on safety.

Shifts are Tue-Fri 6AM-4PM; starting pay is $21/hour, with pay increases after 90 days and after 1 year based on performance. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) plan with company contributions.

• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Criminal background check required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• No CDL required.

Mansioni

• Move 53 ft. trailers safely within the warehouse and dock areas.
• Drop and pull trailers in dock doors and parking spots.
• Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers; place and remove wheel chocks.
• Follow safety procedures; home daily; OT after 40 hours.

About the Job

The Yard Driver is responsible for moving 53 ft. semi-trailers safely within the warehouse. This includes navigating tight spaces, moving trailers in and out of loading docks and parking spots. The ideal candidate would possess a high level of special awareness, be proficient in operating tractor trailers, and always prioritize safety.

• Full time work
• $21/hour starting pay, based on shift

• Tuesday-Friday 6AM-4PM.

Job Description

• Primary tasks will be basic yard tractor operations, dropping and pulling trailers in dock doors and parking them onsite.
• Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers.
• Safely enter/exit semi-trailer multiple times an hour, place and remove wheel chocks, lift and open doors.
• Follow safety procedures.
• OT after 40 hours at paid time and half.
• Home Daily-never leave the yard!
• No loading/unloading merchandise.
• Truck driving preferred but not required.
• No CDL required!
• Paid holidays and vacation.
• 401(k) with company contribution.
