Experience in Social Security Disability and bilingual Spanish a plus. We value client rapport, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex workers' compensation matters from intake through hearings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers' compensation/ social security disability experience.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiating and settlement skills.
• Excellent time management, administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases.
• Regularly communicate with counsel, clients, and potential clients.
• Represent clients at hearings.
• Conduct direct/cross examination of witnesses at hearings and depositions.
• Draft necessary summations, appeals and rebuttals.
• Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably.
