Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Covington, KY practice. The attorney will manage a complex caseload, guide clients, and contribute to statewide workers' compensation growth.

You will handle hearings, draft pleadings, and coordinate with expert witnesses while maintaining high standards of client service and advocacy.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Active KY State Bar license
• Multiple State Bar licenses preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities
