Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the Syracuse, NY area is seeking experienced window and door installation teams. You will install and remove units, set up sites, and provide high‑quality customer service without sales pressure.

Materials are supplied and compensation is highly competitive, with year‑round work and a path to master installer credentials. Ownership of your own truck and tools is a plus; 3+ years of installation experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of window and door installation experience.
• Ownership of a truck, trailer and basic installation tools preferred.
• Strong interior and exterior trim skills; ability to use a brake and bend metal.

Responsibilities

• Ensures work sites are set up for installs.
• Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal.
• Tear down and clean up the job site per company guidelines.

PURPOSE: Renewal by Andersen window and door Capture Contractorsare masters at their craft in construction and provide superior service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures work sites are set up
• Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal
• Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines
