Job summary

Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking an Experienced Window Covering Installer to install blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization and specialty products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will spend most days on the road visiting Treasure Valley homes, solving installation challenges, and helping grow a respected installer team with pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

Experience installing window coverings preferred.
Strong carpentry, finish work, or handyman skills.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Able to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

Install blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and specialty products.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Troubleshoot installation challenges.
Protect customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
Work alongside one of the most respected installation teams in the Treasure Valley.
Help train and mentor future installers.
