Job summary

Budget Blinds of Boise/Nampa is seeking an Apprentice Window Covering Installer to learn and grow in a hands-on role installing blinds, shades, shutters, and more. You’ll work with experienced technicians, on-site at customer homes throughout the Treasure Valley, gaining skills in installation and problem-solving.

Starting pay is $18–22/hour with milestone raises and a 3% IRA match. No prior experience required; we’ll train you while you earn, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

You don’t need years of experience; we’ll teach you the skills. What we can’t teach is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to get better every day.

Working Environment

You’ll spend most of your day on the road visiting customers throughout the Treasure Valley alongside experienced installers.
