Job summary

Budget Blinds of Boise is hiring an Apprentice Installer to learn how to install blinds, shades, shutters, and more in homes throughout the Treasure Valley. You’ll work with seasoned installers, learn hands-on techniques, and support safe, organized jobsites while building a skilled trade.

We offer pay from $18 to $22 per hour, milestone raises, a 3% IRA match, and a strong benefits package including PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders.
• Clean driving record.
• Proficient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with custom window covering installations.
• Learn installation techniques through hands-on training.
• Support clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Help protect customers’ homes while delivering exceptional service.
• Develop the skills needed to become an Experienced Installer.
