Job summary

Layne, a Granite Company, is seeking experienced Well Pump Installers to join their French Lick, IN team. If you have 5+ years of well pump systems experience and an active CDL, this opportunity offers up to $30-$32/hour, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a path for growth in a stable, long‑term employer.

You'll install, service, and repair submersible and vertical turbine pumps, work with pumps, motors, and piping, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with well pump systems.
• Active CDL is required.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, service, and repair well pump systems (submersible and vertical turbine).
• Install pumps, motors, and related piping and components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with pumps and controls.
• Operate tools and equipment for pump installation and service.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety compliance on site.
