Position Overview

Veterinary Center of Parker, Inc. has a full-time opening for an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and front office staff to meet client and patient needs.
• Obtain samples and set up for laboratory procedures.
• Communicate with and educate clients.
• Perform medical procedures and treatments.
• Ensure medications are filled and explained to clients.Operate and maintain instruments and equipment.
• Provide daily treatment of hospitalized patients.
• Assist in radiology.
• Answer phones and help schedule appointments.
• Clean and maintain the hospital.

Pay & Hours

Full-time. Pay: $16-20 per hour, depending on veterinary experience. Expected hours: 40 per week, 4-10 hour shifts.
