Job summary

The Learning Experience - Lee's Summit, MO is seeking an Experienced Toddler Teacher who is passionate about helping preschool children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a caring, engaging classroom.

You will implement our LEAP Curriculum®, communicate with families, and collaborate with staff to provide a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where children develop academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s latest adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.

As an Experienced Toddler Teacher, you will:
