The Learning Experience #153 in Florida is seeking an Experienced Infant/Toddler/Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a welcoming classroom, implement our LEAP Curriculum, and support children's learning and development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for educating and caring for young children.
• Minimum teaching experience of 6 months to 1 year, depending on the role.
• Formal education: either an associate or higher in ECE or related field, or a HS diploma with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Use a growth mindset to support early development and foster a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum® in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a cohesive learning environment.

As an Experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
