Starting pay is $23.75 per hour for 1st shift (6:30am–3pm). Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and on‑the‑job training. A High School Diploma and 3–5 years of relevant test experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant electro/mechanical testing experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read schematics and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine mechanical and electromechanical testing per instructions.
• Reviews route cards or schematics to confirm operation sequence.
• Test circuitry and verify component effectiveness in equipment.
• Troubleshoots circuits using schematics and prints as verification.
• Sets up test equipment and conducts tests per specifications.
• Performs fault analysis to root cause technical issues.
• Documents detailed failure descriptions for production and engineering.
• Adheres to safety rules and company policies.
