Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) or more years of related electronics assembly experience.
• J-STD-001 Certification preferred.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to listen to and consider ideas from others; work well with coworkers and customers.
• Interacts with other departments such as Quality, Production Control and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronics and electromechanical components to spec.
• Perform soldering, epoxy mixing, bonding, and packaging.
• Read basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Operate winding/braiding machinery and testing equipment.
• Work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while handling high-voltage components.
