You will troubleshoot to root cause, document failure analyses, and support cross-functional production needs while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a first-shift role with regular attendance required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in test or electromechanical roles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Training in related field or vocational programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of moderately difficult to complex testing tasks.
• Set up test equipment and conduct tests per specification.
• Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry down to component level.
• Provide detailed written failure descriptions and root cause analyses to production and engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to policies.
