Lithia Motors’ Porsche Downtown LA is hiring Service Technicians to service and repair Porsche vehicles in a state-of-the-art facility. The role focuses on maintenance, diagnostics, and communicating vehicle status with service advisors to ensure timely, quality repairs.

This full-time position offers flat-rate pay ranging from $18.42 to $52.70 per hour, with incentives based on production and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Familiarity with Porsche dealership operations preferred.
• Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• ASE certifications and Porsche certifications are an advantage.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $18.42 - $52.70. This is a Flat Rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
