The Technical Training Coordinator (TTC) is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and technical certification lifecycle for new hires and existing staff within the Metals department. This role serves as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all training-related KPIs, certifications, and system enrollments. The successful candidate ensure that new engineers are integrated efficiently, granted necessary system access, and tracked through rigorous certification milestones to ensure operational readiness.
In addition to new hire onboarding, the TTC will actively develop training material for existing staff. They will establish a rigorous training program for the department consisting of engineers and technicians. The TTC will outline both equipment and process development plans, track trainee progress and continuously find opportunities to make the program more efficient to grow employee knowledge. This is a ground up position supporting the new fab in Taylor, Texas where the TTC will have the ability to establish the overall training program for the department.

DepartmentalPOC: Serveasthecentralauthorityforalltraininginquiries,includingKPIs,certificationaudits,SamsungUcurriculum,andsystem-widetrainingmetrics.
Experience: 2–5yearsofexperienceinatechnicaltraining,onboarding,oroperationalcoordinationrole,preferablywithinasemiconductororhigh-techmanufacturingenvironment.
SystemsProficiency: Provenexperiencemanaginglearningmanagementsystemsorcertificationtrackingsoftware
OrganizationalSkills: Exceptionalabilitytotrackmultipleconcurrentdeadlinesandmanagerostersforlargegroupsoftechnicalpersonnel.
Communication: Stronginterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytoinfluencebothnewhiresandseniorleadership.
The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
