Receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Receive guidance and mentoring from experienced Engineers/ TRs/Supervisors and above to prioritize daily tasks. Focus on acquiring field-related technical skills (SOP, systems, etc.) Work on problems of limited scope. Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring individual judgment on resolving day-to-day issues and/or making recommendations to higher level technicians on the cause of issues and possible resolutions to problems. Have a basic understanding of equipment and/or processes. Need to be adaptable to constant change and be flexible to meet business needs. Manage limited projects generally between 1-3 months in duration. Work directly with manager and within a small group. Own tool / process / layer / material, and related KPIs. Assists with maintenance / improvements / quality plan, and actions. Assist in resolving daily issues / daily resolutions / daily actions. Define, propose, and drive implementation of improvement within the department as well as other related areas. Maintain data collection for tool / process /material qualification. Work on projects with limited scope, is well defined, has minimal impact outside the immediate area of project’s focus and has very few interdependencies. Owns actions for OCAP, BBT and other such signals. (Multiple Openings)
Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

The current base salary range for this role is $137,114. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
