Job summary

X Gurukul is a remote-first EdTech company based in India, hiring for a role to own and build our online course library. You will script, shoot, edit, and upload lessons, ensuring the course catalog stays live and sells.

The position requires strong LMS experience, on‑camera presence, and fluent Hinglish/English, with IST hours and a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with the founder and India mentor team to update curriculum, coordinate recordings, and support learners through sessions

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in EdTech, online course production or related fields.
• Must be able to teach business subjects — entrepreneurship, startups, sales, marketing, operations, business setup.
• Hands-on with at least one LMS (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels, Graphy, Teachmint, Classplus, Thinkific, Kajabi, Moodle, Learnyst or similar).
• Comfortable recording yourself on camera and doing basic editing (phone/DSLR + Canva/CapCut/Camtasia).
• Fluent Hinglish and professional written English.
• Comfortable working IST hours (India).
• Self‑managing — remote role with output targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage LMS platforms (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels) modules, lessons, drip schedules, pricing pages, bundles, student access.
• Convert PDFs and playbooks into recorded video lessons — script, shoot, edit, upload.
• Present on camera in Hinglish/English for business course modules.
• Launch pending courses on a calendar and keep the catalogue live.
• Teach and support learners: doubt-solving sessions, group calls, written feedback on assignments.
• Track course completion, drop‑off and student feedback; improve weak modules.
• Coordinate with the founder and the India mentor team on curriculum updates.

About us

X-Gurukul is a business education brand teaching entrepreneurs how to start and scale real businesses. We run courses, mentorship programmes and a 69,000+ strong social audience. Our entire team and operations are based in India, and this is a fully remote full-time role on standard India hours.

The role

You will own our online learning platform end to end building courses inside the LMS, recording and uploading lessons, and teaching business content to our learners. You are not just uploading files; you are the person responsible for our course library being live, complete and selling.

What you will do

• Own and manage our LMS platforms (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels) modules, lessons, drip schedules, pricing pages, bundles, student access
• Convert existing chapter PDFs and playbooks into recorded video lessons — script, shoot, edit, upload
• Present on camera in clear Hinglish/English for business course modules
• Launch pending courses on a published calendar and keep the catalogue live
• Teach and support learners: doubt-solving sessions, group calls, written feedback on assignments
• Track course completion, drop‑off and student feedback; improve weak modules
• Coordinate with the founder and the India mentor team on curriculum updates

Who we want

• 1–5 years in EdTech, online course production, academic operations or corporate training
• Must be able to teach business subjects — entrepreneurship, startups, sales, marketing, operations, business setup. School, maths, science and junior‑college teachers will not be considered
• Hands‑on with at least one LMS (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels, Graphy, Teachmint, Classplus, Thinkific, Kajabi, Moodle, Learnyst or similar)
• Comfortable recording yourself on camera and doing basic editing (phone/DSLR + Canva/CapCut/Camtasia is enough)
• Fluent Hinglish and professional written English
• Comfortable working standard India hours (IST)
• Self‑managing — this is a remote role with output targets, not a monitored desk job
• This is urgent hiring, we will prefer someone who is ready to learn and work hard more than a person with skillset only as we believe a focused and hardworking person can gain more skills easily. We will prefer someone with lowest notice period to fulfill this urgent vacancy.

No international or overseas work experience is required. We will train you on the subject matter. What we cannot train is presence on camera and ownership of deadlines.

Good to have

• MBA/BBA/B.Com background, or prior work with an Indian EdTech business vertical
• Instructional design or curriculum writing experience

What you need

Own laptop, stable broadband, quiet recording space, smartphone with a decent camera.

CTC: 2.5–6 LPA depending on experience and on-camera ability
