Hands-on with at least one LMS (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels, Graphy, Teachmint, Classplus, Thinkific, Kajabi, Moodle, Learnyst or similar).
Comfortable recording yourself on camera and doing basic editing (phone/DSLR + Canva/CapCut/Camtasia).
Fluent Hinglish and professional written English.
Comfortable working IST hours (India).
Self‑managing — remote role with output targets.

Own and manage LMS platforms (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels) modules, lessons, drip schedules, pricing pages, bundles, student access.
Convert PDFs and playbooks into recorded video lessons — script, shoot, edit, upload.
Present on camera in Hinglish/English for business course modules.
Launch pending courses on a calendar and keep the catalogue live.
Teach and support learners: doubt-solving sessions, group calls, written feedback on assignments.
Track course completion, drop‑off and student feedback; improve weak modules.
Coordinate with the founder and the India mentor team on curriculum updates.
