Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) seeks an experienced Systems Administrator to deliver enterprise IT support for a government environment. You will install, configure, monitor, and sustain servers, operating systems, and enterprise apps across on-premises and Azure IL2 cloud services.

Responsibilities include Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM/MECM, and virtualization with VMware. A DoD Secret clearance and DoD 8140/DCWF compliance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressively responsible systems administration or enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• DoD 8140/DCWF requirements for Work Role 451 at the Intermediate proficiency level.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Experience with VMware and enterprise virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise Microsoft technologies.
• Experience patching and maintaining systems and applications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardening, vulnerability remediation, and configuration-management requirements.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs and troubleshooting guides.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers and enterprise services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network-dependent services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, LDAP/LDAPS, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Support Windows Server environments, AD, and 365 services.
• Manage system backups, restoration, and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel for hardening and patching tasks.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, procedures, and system documentation.
• Prepare After Action Reports following outages or major changes.
• Escalate complex engineering issues to senior engineers.
