CWHowe Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler/Structural Drafter for full-time, in-office work in Culver City, CA.

The role focuses on producing accurate construction documents from engineer markups with minimal supervision for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. The candidate should have at least 5 years of structural drafting/modeling experience, strong Revit Structure and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to work from markups and PDFs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural drafting/modeling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure, including creating and modifying structural models.
• Ability to produce framing plans, foundation plans, sections, elevations, and details in Revit and create standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including Xrefs, layers, blocks, templates, and drawing standards.
• Ability to work from engineer markups, sketches, PDFs, and existing AutoCAD/Revit files.
• Strong understanding of structural construction documents and detailing.
• Understanding of wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structural systems.
• Experience working for a structural engineering firm, preferably on residential projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• $32–$42 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x.
• Initial 90-day performance review, followed by annual reviews.

Experienced Structural BIM Modeler / Structural Drafter

CWHowe Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler / Structural Drafter with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience producing structural drawings, plans, and details.

We are a structural and civil engineering firm with 10 structural engineers. We work closely with architects and builders on single-family residential, multi-residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, as well as retaining walls and hillside pools.

The successful candidate must be able to read and understand structural engineering plans and produce accurate construction documents from engineer markups with minimal supervision.

• Full-time, in-office —no remote or hybrid work for the first 12 months - Hybrid schedule may be implemented after 12 month depending on performance
• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Generally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility depending on commute
