Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years of sprinkler experience, ability to read blueprints, use hand tools and a multimeter, and readiness for physical tasks and on-call hours. A valid driver's license and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in sprinkler systems.
• Able to obtain and retain licenses as required by codes.
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, specs, and manuals.
• Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage.
• Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Able to lift 50–70 lbs and work in challenging spaces.
• Willing to work on-call, nights, and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections.
• Inspect, test, service, install and maintain life safety product lines.
• Work with low voltage wiring for operation of equipment.
• Learn to complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding.
• Follow and maintain a structured inspection schedule.
• Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation via laptop.
• Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision.
• Complete assigned inspections on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
