You will report locally to Hudson, MA and install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs, while handling the mechanical layout of the array and assisting with conduit runs under guidance.

Qualifications

• Previous solar installation experience.
• Safety-first mindset with use of PPE.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to 40+ hour weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble: install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Mechanical: handle structural mounting and layout of the solar array.
• Support: assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician supervision.
