Venture Solar is expanding! We are seeking a Residential Solar Installer to join our installation crew in Biddeford, ME. This role focuses on rooftop assembly, mechanical mounting, and basic wiring under the Electrician's guidance.

Ideal candidates have previous solar installation experience, comfort with heights, and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and completing 40+ hour weeks. We value hands-on problem solving and a get-it-done-right attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
