Job summary

You will read blueprints, operate lifts, handle LED wiring, and coordinate with clients and contractors. The position requires lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors and at heights, with a valid driver’s license and a commitment to OSHA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial sign installation experience.
• Experience with illuminated signage and LED wiring.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install channel letters, monument signs, pylons, cabinet signs, vinyl graphics, and digital displays.
• Perform LED wiring and basic electrical connections (in compliance with local codes).
• Operate bucket trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other installation equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site surveys, and installation drawings.
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company quality expectations.
• Secure job sites and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site.
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Complete service and repair calls as needed.
