Job summary

Tennessee Sign Company is seeking an experienced Sign & Graphics Installation Team Member to safely install a variety of commercial signage and graphics at customer locations across Tennessee. You will work hands-on with ladders, lifts, bucket trucks, and power tools, following drawings and safety guidelines.

This role emphasizes precision, professionalism, and independence when needed, while contributing to an installation crew. A strong work ethic and reliable appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sign installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Install exterior and interior commercial signage according to drawings and installation specifications.
• Install illuminated signs, channel letters, cabinets, monuments, and other sign systems.
• Read and understand installation drawings, measurements, and work orders.
• Safely operate ladders, lifts, bucket trucks, drills, and tools.
• Ensure signs are securely mounted and meet company standards.
