ACE Jiffy Lube is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy restaurant near the Jacksonville International Airport. You will use high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for customers and contribute to an excellent dining experience. NO NIGHTS, 40 hours per week, potential for advancement.

The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to wow-ing patrons with meals while following safety regulations and maintaining inventory and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred; 4 years, no job hoppers.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment early am.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner; help maintain inventory and restock when necessary.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• 40 Hours a week if you can open at 430-2pm.
