Job summary

Zodiac of North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced sewer to join our inflatable boat production team. You will sew and assemble boat components using industrial sewing machines, following patterns and specifications to maintain quality.

• Proven experience as a sewer, preferably in marine or outdoor products.
• Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.

• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble inflatable boat components.
• Read and interpret patterns, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Ensure the quality of materials and finished products meets company standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance on sewing machines and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production efforts.
