Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background, ASE certification, and at least two years of experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing necessary repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide estimates for repair times
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required
• Level B qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with team members
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
