Job summary

Russ Darrow Nissan of West Bend is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to schedule service work and upsell needed services in the service department. You will be the first-line contact, helping customers with vehicle needs and estimates.

The role emphasizes strong customer relations, sales ability, and reliable follow-through to ensure a positive service experience for our customers in West Bend, WI.

Qualifications

• Must be a top performer willing to go above and beyond for customers.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in automobile service write ups.
• Self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed.
• Must possess valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate labor and parts estimate.
• Establish follow-up time and monitor progress of each vehicle.
• Verify that final invoice matches work performed and communicate charges to customers.
