Job summary

Lou Fusz Kia of Moline is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility with the latest technology. You will oversee drive lane flow, provide concierge support to customers, and ensure staffing and scheduling optimize service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete assignments for a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated and sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
