Job summary

Lou Fusz Chevrolet in Evansville, IN, is hiring automotive service technicians. Join a family-owned network with 70 years of service in the St. Louis area; we value respect, integrity, and teamwork while offering opportunities to grow professionally.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, test-driving vehicles, and communicating with the Service Advisor about additional work and time estimates. ASE certification is ideal; a clean driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are desirable
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about any additional service needs and provide time estimates
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
