Lou Fusz Kia of Moline, Illinois, is seeking a dependable Experienced Service Advisor to join our service team in a brand new, climate-controlled facility. You will oversee the drive lane, provide concierge support to customers, and ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated to meet service needs.

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
