The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Service Sales and customer satisfaction. Previous Service Advisor Experience Required, BMW experience preferred, but not mandatory!

This is a performance-driven position, with eligibility for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes:

1. Commission on Individual Sales and Gross Profit
2. Bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvals, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours

Actual pay may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
