The Brigantine, Inc. is hiring a Server for The Fish Market - Downtown in San Diego. The role emphasizes delivering hospitality, serving guests, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

The position offers a base wage of $17.75 per hour plus tips and includes benefits such as paid sick leave and flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of full-service restaurant serving experience with liquor/wine, strong communication, and teamwork, plus required food safety and alcohol

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
• Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

• Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.

The Server at the Fish Market - Downtown is primarily responsible for delivering hospitality and extraordinary service to guests dining in the restaurant. This position is also responsible for cleanliness and safety of the dining and employee areas of the property.
