Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, attentive, and genuine hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections with confidence.
• Recommend food pairings, craft beers, wines, cocktails, and featured menu items.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system.
• Manage multiple tables while delivering consistent, attentive service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, specialty beverages, and featured menu items.
• Maintain accurate order timing and communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and support staff.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and accuracy.
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company standards.

For years, Parma Tavern has been a neighborhood favorite, serving an eclectic mix of Italian-inspired pub fare featuring stone oven pizzas cooked in our 600-degree brick oven, fresh pasta with made-from-scratch sauces, house-ground burgers, shareable appetizers, and an extensive selection of craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails.

Schedule & Availability

Parma Tavern is busy throughout the day and into the late evening. We are looking for team members who are comfortable working a variety of shifts and understand the demands of a high-volume restaurant.

• Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
