Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent full-service serving experience.
• High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and craft cocktails.
• Ability to make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Excellent menu knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain product information.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift.
• Positive attitude with a true team-first mentality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights.
• Desire to grow with a stable and successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, attentive, and genuine hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections with confidence.
• Recommend food pairings, craft beers, wines, cocktails, and featured menu items.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system.
• Manage multiple tables while delivering consistent, attentive service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, specialty beverages, and featured menu items.
• Maintain accurate order timing and communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and support staff.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and accuracy.
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support fellow team members to create a seamless guest experience.
