• Must be proficient in creating, sending, and signing documents with electronic software such as Adobe Sign Pro and DocuSign.
• Must be proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other video software meeting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
• Must have strong operating system navigation, proficiency with office suites, effective internet research, basic cybersecurity awareness, and the ability to manage electronic files and data effectively.
• CRM software experience (preferred).

• Travel: Role requires regular driving travel throughout the Central Valley.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with evening and rotating weekend shifts as needed.
