Job summary

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred – training available for the right candidate.
• Construction or mitigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, lead, and manage water restoration projects from start to finish
• Supervise and guide field technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
• Perform water extraction, equipment setup and monitoring, arrange content handling
• Collect data, photos, and documentation for each project
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Adhere to safety standards and use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation schedules
• Support the Mitigation Manager with additional tasks as needed
