Gossett Motor Cars is seeking aggressive, money-motivated sales associates to join West Tennessee's premier dealer group. We offer a new pay plan with a $300 minimum commissions, plus bonuses and a streamlined schedule designed for high earnings.

Top performers can earn six figures with an average work week under 45 hours. You will greet customers, follow up, and build relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that rewards ambitious professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Automotive Sales Associates will greet customers as they arrive
• Automotive Sales Associates follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone
• Automotive Sales Associates will gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer’s interests to assist them with their purchase
• Automotive Sales Associates will follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Excellent follow up skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale
