Cabinet IQ in Columbus is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our fast-growing team. You will guide clients from concept through installation, using 2020 Design and Design Flex to craft stunning spaces.

The role combines design expertise with sales ability, working Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with base salary plus commissions. You’ll collaborate in a brand-new showroom, supported by a world-class CRM and a remote junior designer to help you focus on client interaction and design.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in Design Flex and Design 2020 software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
