Job summary

Cabinet IQ of Corpus Christi is seeking an experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our on-site team in Corpus Christi, TX. You will meet clients, take room measurements, and design custom kitchens and baths using 2020 Design software, guiding them from concept to order.

Ideally you have 5+ years of design and sales experience, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills. This role offers base salary plus commission and opportunities for advancement in a brand-new showroom.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
