Job summary

Cabinet IQ is seeking an Experienced Sales Designer for Kitchen and Bath projects in Atlanta. The role focuses on leading design initiatives, client relationship building, and driving sales in a fast-growing showroom environment.

You will meet clients on-site, measure spaces, and craft custom solutions using 2020 Design. A strong background in kitchen design and sales is required, with a structured process and professional tools supporting daily client interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens/baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.

Compensation

• $75,000.00 to $110,000.00
