A Day in the Life as a Roving Maintenance Technician II

Start your day diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. You will oversee preventative maintenance, apartment turns, inspect units, and respond to resident requests — making a tangible impact daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in property management maintenance or a related trade

Preferred Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Work Schedule & Location

This full-time role offers flexibility, with work Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. The position is based in Sumner, WA, with travel across the Greater Seattle Area, mainly North King County.
