Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. You will deliver direct patient care using evidence-based practices, perform thorough assessments, and implement individualized care plans to promote recovery.

You will coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes and maintain timely documentation while upholding safety standards. Remote work is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of acute care experience, ED or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity of care and clear communication.

Qualifications

Education

Experience

• Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required


• 2+ years of acute care experience, ED or critical care preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required


• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
