Community Medical Centers is seeking a Manager of CRMC Perioperative Services in Fresno, CA to lead a top-performing team and drive quality patient experiences. You’ll foster a learning culture, recognize staff contributions, and collaborate across the health system to improve outcomes.

You’ll energize change, promote inclusivity, and ensure staff development while maintaining compliance and safety standards in a dynamic perioperative environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability in a healthcare setting.
• 3 years of relevant healthcare experience with leadership.
• RN license in California (CA) required and BLS certification required.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required


• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required


• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required


• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required

Licenses and Certifications

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required


• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
