Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our New Orleans team, located in St. Rose, LA.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more. The role involves assisting the project manager on construction projects, assessing damage, planning cleaning strategies, and performing gutting, cleaning, demolition, and post-construction tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Personable with good communication skills.
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
• Must be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan.
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing.
• General cleaning at the end of projects.
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process.
• Maintain safe jobsite.
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Pre and post construction clean-up.

What you'll be responsible for as an Experienced Restoration Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
